Billing

Overview

Two summary tiles at the top:
  • Plan: your current plan and price. View plans opens the plan picker at /pricing. See Plans & pricing for what’s on each tier.
  • Credits: your available balance, plus any credits currently on hold for in-flight generations. Buy credits is Owner-only. See Credits for what spends them and how top-ups work.
Depending on your plan’s state, the plan tile also shows:
  • Activate now / Cancel trial, while on a trial, convert to paid immediately or cancel before it ends.
  • Cancel subscription: downgrades to Free at the end of the current billing period; the paid plan stays active until then.
  • Resume plan: undoes a scheduled cancellation.
  • Manage billing: opens the Stripe billing portal to update your card and download invoices and receipts.

Auto-reload

Automatically top up credits when your balance runs low. Requires a saved card first. Add one from Manage billing or the auto-reload card’s own Add card button.
1

Turn on auto-reload

Flips a switch; a dialog opens to configure it.
2

Set your threshold and amount

Reload when below: the credit balance that triggers a reload. Reload amount: how much to add, from 5to5 to 1,000.
3

Save

Flowy charges your default payment method automatically whenever your balance drops below the threshold.
Edit the threshold or amount at any time from the Edit link next to the toggle. If a reload attempt fails, the card shows the error message from the last attempt.

Recent charges

Below auto-reload, the last five credit charges (purchases, one-click top-ups, and auto-reloads) each with its date, status, credits, and amount. Filter by type or status, and:
  • Export CSV downloads the charges currently loaded.
  • Receipt opens the Stripe receipt for any completed or refunded charge.
