Share a project and your whole team can work on it together, in real time, on the same canvas. Everyone sees the same nodes, cursors, and edits as they happen.

Share a project

Open the project you want to share, then invite people by email and pick a role for each person.
  • Owner has full control, including delete and managing access.
  • Editor can create and edit nodes, work the canvas, and generate.
  • Viewer gets view-only access and can request edit access.
Invited members get an email and find the project in their workspace once they accept.
Share dialog with role options

Request and approve access

A Viewer who needs to edit can request access right from the project. The request goes to the Owner, who approves it and bumps the person up to Editor. No need to re-share from scratch.

Real-time editing

Collaboration on the canvas is fully live. You see each teammate’s presence, their multiplayer cursor moving in real time, and every simultaneous edit stays in sync across everyone’s screens. There is nothing to refresh and no save button to fight over.

Comments

Leave feedback right where it belongs. Drop comments directly on the canvas so your notes sit next to the nodes they’re about, and your team can reply in context.

Approve an access request

1

Open the request

When a Viewer requests edit access, you’ll get a notification on the project.
2

Review who's asking

Check the requester so you’re granting access to the right person.
3

Approve

Approve the request to promote them to Editor, or leave them as a Viewer to keep things view-only.
