Invite people to your workspace or project, give them a role, and you can edit together live. Roles are Owner, Editor, and Viewer only, so access stays simple to reason about.

Open your workspace members

Head to your workspace settings, where members live.

Send the invite

Add the person by email and send the invitation.

Set their role

Give them Editor if they should create and generate, or Viewer if they should only look.

They likely have the Viewer role, which is view-only. Give them the Editor role, or approve their access request, and they will be able to create and edit nodes, work on the canvas, and generate. See what each role can do in roles.

Yes. Live presence and multiplayer cursors keep everyone in sync, so simultaneous edits land together and you can see who is working where. You can also leave comments on the canvas to talk things through.
Viewers are view-only until granted access. They can request access, and an Owner approves it before they can edit.
