A workspace’s roster lives in Settings → Members: only workspace Owners can invite, change roles, or remove people. See Members for the full page reference; this is the task-by-task version.

Invite someone

Click Invite, enter their email, and pick Editor or Viewer (Owner isn’t an invite-time option; you promote someone to Owner afterward, from their row). What happens next depends on whether they already use Flowy:
  • Existing account: they get an Approve/Decline notification in their own inbox, and stay Pending in your roster until they accept.
  • No account yet: they get an email invite and join the workspace automatically once they sign up.
Revoke a still-pending invite anytime from its row menu. See roles & permissions for what Editors and Viewers can each do.

Seat limits by plan

Every plan caps how many people can be in a workspace at once: Hit the cap and the Invite button opens the plan picker instead of the invite form. Upgrade on plans & upgrades, or free a seat by removing someone first.

Change someone’s role

Pick a new role from a member’s row menu. You can’t change your own role, and a workspace always keeps at least one Owner. The last Owner’s role is locked until someone else takes it on.

Remove a member

Removing someone takes effect immediately. They lose the workspace’s projects right away. Anything they created while they were a member stays behind: projects, generations, and assets they made belong to the workspace, not to them personally, so nothing disappears when they go.
Leaving a workspace yourself works the same way in reverse. You lose access immediately, and everything you made stays with the workspace for whoever’s left. As the sole Owner, transfer ownership to someone else first; Flowy won’t let a workspace end up without one.
