Integrations connect your workspace to outside services so media can flow in and out without leaving Flowy. A connection is workspace-wide: one member connects a provider, and everyone in the workspace can use it. See Integrations overview for what importing and exporting actually do once connected.

What each one is for

  • Google Drive: import files with the Google Picker, and export finished media straight to a Drive folder.
  • Dropbox: browse your Dropbox to import files, and export to any folder in your account.

Connect a provider

1

Open Settings → Integrations

Find every provider’s row under Workspace → Integrations in the settings sidebar.
2

Click Connect

Google Drive and Dropbox each open a popup to their consent screen.
3

Approve access

Finish the consent or install step in the popup. If your browser blocks it, allow popups for Flowy and try again.
Once connected, the row shows Connected along with the account or shop it’s linked to. Use a connected provider from the asset library’s Upload menu to import, or the Cloud Export node on the canvas to send finished media out.

Disconnect a provider

Click Disconnect on a connected row and confirm. Flowy immediately loses access to that account, and any imports or exports still using it stop working until you reconnect.
A row marked Needs attention means the connection errored or was revoked on the provider’s side. Reconnect the same way you connected it the first time to fix it.
