You can download individual assets straight from the canvas, and you can render a finished video from Studio. Both paths are quick, and your downloads land as standard files you can use anywhere.
A canvas node and the Studio export panel

Download an asset

Use this when you just want one generated image, clip, or audio file from the canvas.
1

Select the node

Click the node on the canvas that holds the asset you want.
2

Download it

Use the node’s download action to save the file to your device.

Export a video

Use this when you want a finished, composed video rather than a single asset. You assemble your clips on the Studio timeline, then render the whole composition to a downloadable file (powered by Remotion).
1

Open the composition in Studio

Switch to Studio and open the composition you want to finish. See the timeline guide for arranging your clips.
2

Render and download

Start the render, then download the finished video. Full details live in the export guide.

Common questions

Select the node that holds it on the canvas, then use the node’s download action. The asset saves as a standard file to your device.
Open your composition in Studio and render it. The render assembles your timeline into a single downloadable video. See the export guide for the full walkthrough.
Longer and higher-resolution videos take more time to render, so this is usually expected. Keep the project open while it runs so the render can finish. If it stalls or fails, head to troubleshooting for next steps.
