The video generator turns a text prompt into a short video clip, powered by Google Veo. You write a prompt, set a few options, and the finished clip lands on your canvas as a Video node. Open it from Quick Creates and pick the Video tab, or ask the canvas AI chat to create a video for you.

Prompting tips

A good video prompt describes more than a still image. Spell out what moves and how the shot feels.
  • Subject: name the main thing in frame and what it is doing.
  • Motion: describe the action and its speed, like a slow drift or a quick turn.
  • Camera movement: call out the shot, such as a slow push-in, a pan, or a static lock-off.
  • Mood: set the lighting, time of day, and overall tone.
Keep one clear action per clip. Short, focused prompts render more reliably than crowded ones.

Video is the most credit-intensive generator and takes longer to render than other types. Higher resolutions and longer durations use more credits. See how credits work in Credits.
