# Profile

> Your public creator profile. Name, avatar, handle, and the details other people see.

Your Profile page edits the public creator profile shown at your `/@handle` page: the same form also opens as a quick-edit modal from your profile itself. Find it under **Account → Profile** in the settings sidebar.

## Personal details

* **Profile picture**: click your avatar to upload a new one (JPG, PNG, or WebP up to 5 MB). It updates everywhere your avatar appears (cursor, comments, top bar) as soon as the upload finishes.
* **Name**: first and last name.

## Public profile

These fields shape your `/@handle` page:

* **Display name**: shown at the top of your profile.
* **Username**: your handle, 3–30 characters, lowercase letters, numbers, underscores, and hyphens only. Typing checks live whether it's available. Once you change it, you can't change it again for 14 days.
* **Headline**: a short line under your name, up to 80 characters.
* **Bio**: up to 300 characters.
* **Location**: up to 80 characters.
* **Social links**: X, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Enter your handle only. Flowy builds the link for you.
