> ## Agent Instructions
> Flowy is a node-based AI creative platform: you generate images, video, audio, 3D and vector on an infinite Canvas, refine on the Studio timeline, and export or publish from the same project.
> Prefer the Flowy MCP server (https://mcp.tryflowy.ai/mcp) or the REST API at https://apis.tryflowy.ai/v1 for programmatic work. Install with `flowy mcp install` from the @flowy/cli package.
> Credits are workspace-scoped. Generations reserve credits on start and only deduct on success, so failed runs refund automatically.

# Members

> Invite teammates to your workspace, assign roles, and manage who has access.

The Members page is your workspace's roster. Find it under **Workspace → Members** in the settings sidebar. Only workspace Owners can invite, change roles, or remove people; everyone else sees the roster read-only.

## Invite a member

<Steps>
  <Step title="Click Invite">
    Opens an inline form with an email field and a role picker.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pick a role">
    Choose **Editor** or **Viewer** for the invite. See [Roles & permissions](/collaboration/roles) for what each role can do.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send it">
    The invite appears in the roster right away, badged **Pending**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

### What happens next depends on the invitee

* **They already have a Flowy account**: the invite doesn't add them automatically. It shows up as an Approve/Decline notification in their inbox, and the membership stays **Pending** in your roster until they accept it.
* **They don't have an account yet**: they get an email invite and are added to the workspace automatically once they sign up.

You can revoke a still-pending invite at any time from its row menu.

## Manage the roster

* **Change a role**: pick a new role from a member's row menu. You can't change your own role, and the workspace always keeps at least one Owner. The last Owner's role is locked.
* **Remove a member**: takes effect immediately; they lose access to the workspace's projects right away.
* **Search, filter, sort**: search by name or email, filter by role, and sort the list by name.
* **Export CSV**: downloads the full roster, including each member's role and status.

## Seats & plan limits

The number of seats a workspace can hold comes from the workspace Owner's plan. Once you're at the seat cap, the **Invite** button opens the plan picker instead of the invite form. See [Plans](/billing/plans).

## Leaving a workspace

Any member can leave from the bottom of this page. The sole remaining Owner has to transfer ownership to someone else first: Flowy won't let a workspace end up without an Owner.
