> ## Agent Instructions
> Flowy is a node-based AI creative platform: you generate images, video, audio, 3D and vector on an infinite Canvas, refine on the Studio timeline, and export or publish from the same project.
> Prefer the Flowy MCP server (https://mcp.tryflowy.ai/mcp) or the REST API at https://apis.tryflowy.ai/v1 for programmatic work. Install with `flowy mcp install` from the @flowy/cli package.
> Credits are workspace-scoped. Generations reserve credits on start and only deduct on success, so failed runs refund automatically.

# Workspace Members

> Invite people to your workspace, manage their roles, and know what happens when someone leaves.

A workspace's roster lives in **Settings → Members**: only workspace Owners can invite, change roles, or remove people. See [Members](/settings/members) for the full page reference; this is the task-by-task version.

## Invite someone

Click **Invite**, enter their email, and pick **Editor** or **Viewer** (Owner isn't an invite-time option; you promote someone to Owner afterward, from their row). What happens next depends on whether they already use Flowy:

* **Existing account**: they get an Approve/Decline notification in their own inbox, and stay **Pending** in your roster until they accept.
* **No account yet**: they get an email invite and join the workspace automatically once they sign up.

Revoke a still-pending invite anytime from its row menu. See [roles & permissions](/collaboration/roles) for what Editors and Viewers can each do.

## Seat limits by plan

Every plan caps how many people can be in a workspace at once:

| Plan       | Seats per workspace |
| ---------- | ------------------- |
| Free       | 1                   |
| Lite       | Up to 5             |
| Pro        | Up to 20            |
| Ultra      | Unlimited           |
| Enterprise | Unlimited           |

Hit the cap and the **Invite** button opens the plan picker instead of the invite form. Upgrade on [plans & upgrades](/help/plans-and-upgrades), or free a seat by removing someone first.

## Change someone's role

Pick a new role from a member's row menu. You can't change your own role, and a workspace always keeps at least one Owner. The last Owner's role is locked until someone else takes it on.

## Remove a member

Removing someone takes effect immediately. They lose the workspace's projects right away. Anything they created while they were a member stays behind: projects, generations, and assets they made belong to the workspace, not to them personally, so nothing disappears when they go.

<Note>
  Leaving a workspace yourself works the same way in reverse. You lose access immediately, and everything you made stays with the workspace for whoever's left. As the sole Owner, transfer ownership to someone else first; Flowy won't let a workspace end up without one.
</Note>

<Tip>
  Looking for the workspace itself, renaming it, its URL, or deleting it? See [data & deletion](/help/data-and-deletion).
