> ## Agent Instructions
> Flowy is a node-based AI creative platform: you generate images, video, audio, 3D and vector on an infinite Canvas, refine on the Studio timeline, and export or publish from the same project.
> Prefer the Flowy MCP server (https://mcp.tryflowy.ai/mcp) or the REST API at https://apis.tryflowy.ai/v1 for programmatic work. Install with `flowy mcp install` from the @flowy/cli package.
> Credits are workspace-scoped. Generations reserve credits on start and only deduct on success, so failed runs refund automatically.

# Assets and Storage

> Where your uploads and generations end up, how to organize them, and how to download or delete one.

Every file you upload and every generation you keep collects in one place: your workspace's **Assets** library at **Library → Assets**. It's shared. Anyone in the workspace can browse and reuse what's there.

## Where generated media goes

Generating on the canvas doesn't only render a result inside the node. It also lands in Assets automatically, ready to reuse in a different project without regenerating it. Uploads work the same way: whatever folder you're viewing when you upload is where the file lands.

## Organize with folders

Assets behaves like a drive: create folders (including folders inside folders), drag assets onto a folder card to move them, and use the breadcrumb to navigate back out. Pin the folders you open constantly so they stay at the top. Flowy can also group assets automatically by the project that generated them, as an alternative to your own folder tree. See [folders](/library/folders) for the full walkthrough, or [Assets](/library/assets) for browsing, search, and filters.

## Download an asset

Select the node or asset and choose **Download**. Images and vectors get an **Export as…** menu with format choices; see [exporting & downloads](/help/exporting) for every format Flowy supports, including full Studio renders.

## Delete an asset

Deleting an asset asks you to confirm first, since it can't be undone. The file is removed from the library for everyone in the workspace, not only for you. If you only want it out of the way rather than gone, move it to a folder instead of deleting it.

<Tip>
  Building a consistent look across projects? Reusable characters, products, and locations belong in **Elements**, not Assets. See the [Library overview](/library/overview) for how the two fit together.
