> ## Agent Instructions
> Flowy is a node-based AI creative platform: you generate images, video, audio, 3D and vector on an infinite Canvas, refine on the Studio timeline, and export or publish from the same project.
> Prefer the Flowy MCP server (https://mcp.tryflowy.ai/mcp) or the REST API at https://apis.tryflowy.ai/v1 for programmatic work. Install with `flowy mcp install` from the @flowy/cli package.
> Credits are workspace-scoped. Generations reserve credits on start and only deduct on success, so failed runs refund automatically.

# Templates

> Browse the full template catalog and remix any template into a project you own.

**Templates** (`/community/templates`) is the full catalog of canvases the community has published. The same templates that appear in a capped row on [Explore](/community/explore), without the cap.

<Frame caption="Templates you can remix into your own project">
  <img src="https://mintcdn.com/flamapp/d-IQVAHPd1A_gxXA/images/community/templates.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=d-IQVAHPd1A_gxXA&q=85&s=74a7cb69846a04185fcb3c1b828c99c8" alt="Templates" width="2880" height="1800" data-path="images/community/templates.png" />
</Frame>

## Browse the catalog

Templates lay out as a masonry grid, each cover kept at its true aspect ratio rather than cropped to a fixed shape. Narrow the catalog with the search field, the category chips, or the **Popular / Recent** sort menu. Popular is the backend's engagement-ranked default order, Recent re-sorts by creation time. Filters live in the URL, so a link you share opens to the same filtered view.

## Open a template

Click a card to open its detail page at `/community/file/:templateId`. The page shows:

* The template's title, creator, and description.
* A **Preview**: an interactive miniature of the template's canvas.
* **Media in this template**: the images, video, or audio the workflow produced.
* **More by this creator** and **similar templates**, for browsing sideways from here.
* A **Comments** tab, alongside the **About** tab holding everything above.

<Tip>
  Signed out, you can still open and read a template's detail page. Only liking, bookmarking, remixing, and commenting ask you to sign in.
</Tip>

## Remix a template

**Remix** turns a template into a project of your own. Flowy performs the copy server-side:

1. A new project is created in your current workspace (or a workspace you pick, if you belong to more than one).
2. The template's entire canvas is cloned into it: nodes, connections, and settings.
3. Every piece of media the template used is copied into your workspace, so the images and video in your remix belong to you.

When the remix finishes, the new project opens in the [canvas editor](/canvas/overview). It's fully yours from that point: edit prompts, rewire nodes, and regenerate anything without touching the original template.

## Like, bookmark, and share

The like and bookmark buttons on a card or its detail page work the same way everywhere in Community: liking is a simple count, and bookmarking saves the template to your **Saved** list (see [Following & Saved](/community/following)). A **Share** button on the detail page copies the page's link, or opens your device's native share sheet where one is available.

Anything you find worth flagging (off-brand content, a broken template, something that shouldn't be public) is reported from the same detail page. See [Reporting](/community/reporting).
