# List skills

> List the skill catalog over REST.

Returns the [Flowy skills](https://docs.tryflowy.ai/api/skills.md) catalog. Any authenticated key or OAuth token can read it; no scope is required. Filter with `surface=mcp` or `surface=agent`. Send the previous `ETag` as `If-None-Match` to receive `304` when nothing changed.
