# List models

> List the curated generation models and a representative credit estimate.

Pass `type=image`, `type=video` or `type=audio`. Each model lists its label, brand, accepted input kinds, aspect ratios, resolutions, durations and a representative credit estimate. Use a returned model with [Start a generation](https://docs.tryflowy.ai/api/start-generation.md).

For `type=audio` the list opens with the mode-less `default`, where you pick the mode with `audio_mode`, followed by curated models that each fix a mode. Needs the `generations:read` [scope](https://docs.tryflowy.ai/api/permissions.md).
